Located in Rehoboth in southeastern  Massachusetts between Taunton and East Providence, this site served as a Nike Ajax installation, then during the Hercules era provided a site for various headquarters and radar units.

Launcher and Housing   Area

Location
IFC/ Admin Area: 13 Fire Tower Road
Area. From the junction of Rte 118 and Rte 44, follow Rte 44 east to New Street on the left. Bear left at first intersection and New street becomes Reynolds St. At next intersection take left onto Fairview. Firetower Road/ Army National Guard Armory is on the right.

Launcher/Housing: Launcher Area: Nike Court off Peck Street. From the junction of Rte 118 and Rte 44, follow Rte 44 east to New Street on the left. Bear left at first intersection and New street becomes Reynolds St. At next intersection take right onto Francis. Follow Francis to junction with Peck. Take right on Peck. Nike Court is on right.

Present Status
IFC is a MA ARNG armory with HHB, 42d DIVARTY located at it. Launcher site is now the town offices of Rehoboth. Dog shelter occupies former Missile Assembly Building. Downrange portion of launch area to be converted into a soccer field by the town. Housing area has been razed.

63, Dec 64- Sep 74. Ajax site until Aug 63. Reopened in Dec 64
with Hercules battalion headquarters.
