Dear Friends:
I am pleased to announce that our next ADA Reunion is set for 10-12 October 2010, at the Aquarius Resort Casino located next to the Riverside Hotel Casino in Laughlin, NV.
During our last Reunion in Reno we discussed a possible change to a venue in Central California, however, most of the venues we looked at presented some transportation problems for air travel and other activities. We also looked at Las Vegas and the costs were prohibitive in terms of what we had to guarantee the Hotels, so we decided to go back to the place where we have had the greatest attendance and most fun, Laughlin, Nevada.
We chose the Aquarius over all other facilities because they were the most accommodating to our needs, their facilities had just been refurbished and we also received the best prices. We are positive you will enjoy your time there. The proposed Agenda is as follows:
10 Oct. 2010, Registration and Hospitality Room socializing 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 11 Oct. 2010, Slot Tournament 10:30 AM
Bowling Tournament 1:30 PM at the Riverside (next door to the Aquarius)
Hospitality Suite 2:00 PM-5:00PM
General Membership Meeting 4:30PM Hospitality Room.12 Oct. 2010, Golf Tournament, Tee Time 10:30AM,
Hospitality Suite 2:00 PM-5:00PM
No Host Cocktails and Socializing 6:00 PM
